How many photos do you take on the day? - Whilst many other companies provide a limit of photos and try to sell you the rest, we take as many as we can to make sure we capture every special moment. That’s right, unlimited photos!
Do you require a meal on the day? - Providing meals for us on the day is beneficial and very appreciated.
We have a limited budget for our wedding day, what can you do? - You can trailor a custom package to suit your own needs, or ask about our payment plans.
Do you travel interstate or overseas? - Yes! We’ve been all around Australia and even to Spain! Contact us today and let's organise it.
What’s your peace of mind backup guarantee? - Straight after the wedding, we back up all of your photos and video footage in two different secure locations and online to ensure that your priceless memories will remain safe and protected.
What happens if my photographer is sick on the day? - We send another one! Since we have a large team, every wedding that we book, we have a backup person ready to go capture your wedding in an emergency.
What is a Wedding Live Painting? - Our artist will paint a special moment from your wedding day and the next day it’ll be displayed in your home. Prestige entertainment during your wedding day and a unique handcrafted memory. Watch the video below.
Terms and Conditions: Please note that deposits/payments are non-refundable. Vouchers are not valid for custom made quotes or promotions/special offers and must be booked within 2 months of recieving the voucher. If filming or photography goes beyond agreed hours on the wedding day, we will remain if possible at an hourly rate. Hours of Coverage in a package are consecutive hours including travel time in between venues. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from being presented. Any changes required for your wedding film must be advised within 14 days of completion. Please take care of your DVD/USB, we recommend to back them up and to keep them out of direct sunlight and moisture. In the event that an order is not completed for equipment loss or failure or any other unforeseen accident, Say Milk’s liability to the Customer shall be limited to return of Customer’s deposit. If you would not like your photos/videos posted online, please send us a letter to SUITE 244 3/156 BOUNDARY STREET, WEST END, QLD, 4101. Payment of the deposit agrees to the above terms and conditions.
