How many photos do you take on the day? - We take as many as we can to make sure we capture every special moment!
In how long should I expect my photos or video? - We make sure your wedding film and photos are completed to a very high standard. It can take up to 2-3 months for your wedding film. Your beautiful wedding photos are normally completed within 1-2 months. Depending on how busy we are, we're usually finished alot sooner.
Do you require meals on the day? - Food and water is fuel for the mind and body, so while working a long day, providing meals for the photographers and videographers is beneficial and is very appreciated.
We have a limited budget for our wedding day, what can you do? - You can trailor a custom package to suit your own needs, or ask about our payment plans.
Do you travel interstate or overseas? - We love to travel anywhere to capture your special day, contact us today and let's organise it!
Terms and Conditions: Please note that deposits/payments are non-refundable. Vouchers are not valid for custom made quotes or promotions/special offers and must be booked within 2 months of recieving the voucher. If filming or photography goes beyond agreed hours on the wedding day, we will remain if possible, at the standard hourly rate of $200 an hour each photography and videography, unless otherwise discussed prior. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from being presented. Any changes required for your wedding film must be advised within 14 days of completion. Please take care of your DVD/USB, we recommend to back them up. Please keep your DVD/USB out of direct sunlight and moisture. In the event that the Order is not completed for equipment loss or failure or any other unforeseen accident, Say Milk’s liability to the Customer shall be limited to return of Customer’s deposit. If you would not like your photos/videos posted online, please send us a letter to SUITE 244/63 OLD CLEVELAND ROAD, STONES CORNER, QLD, 4120. Paying the deposit agrees to the above terms and conditions.
